Volcano trip (Tangkuban) was great experience!... Relaxing drive to volcano n no sulphur smell even though it erupted 2months ago. Can still see the volcano mud on the roof of the hut. Would have liked to tracked further to see other attractions but route was close due to recent eruption... After volcano, we headed to kopiluwak farm. Kopiluwak was the best coffee we ever tasted,better than Starbucks n Coffee bean outlet in Spore. It is probably the cheapest place to sample n buy the most expensive coffee in the world. Best part of the experience is meeting the stars of the show, the civet cats that produce kopi Luwak:) The civet cat mumu was most adorable, but mummy was very cranky as it was mating season for her. According to guide, this farm believes in ethical treatment of their civet cats, and produces small sustainable batches. The Civet cats seemed well looked after, so kudos to them. We tried the sweetest black berries from a vendor outside e kopiluwak farm, definitely reccomend to buy, we bargained 3 boxes for 100.000 Rp. Our last stop was La Fresa strawberry farm. Our guide bought us strawberry juice (Thank you Hedi!), and that was the best part of the experience. Not sure if we came too late into strawberry season, but it was slim pickings. Was good to take some photos though... Great service recovery fr Heddi! Driver cum guide Hedi was helpful n responsible driver. Would highly reccomend him, experienced n thoughtful.read more

We booked a tour through klook whose local agent... is Raja tours. Our guide is Steven, who is very dutiful and accommodating. He offered to bring us to a hot spring, but because my mother's legs are unwell, we did not take up the additional spot. He messaged us the night before and was attentive throughout the trip, taking nice photos for us. Our tour exceeds the 8 hours stipulated due to the heavy traffic, but he did not ask for extra pay. One of the best tour I had. My tour guide Pak... Johan is a very helpful and great guide. He helped me a lot and kept me accompanied as I was on a solo trip to Bandung. Always being around to answer my questions and helping to translate sometimes. One bad experience I faced which proof Pak Johan is the best and helpful was when my leg got into the sulphur mud at the White Crater. Pak Johan helped me to eat up and gave me a pair of slippers as my shoes were all messed up with the sulphur mud. Thank you to Hedie for excellent service on the... tour today. Due to rain, we left with no choice but to cancel all afternoon activities but Hedie was polite and patient with our last min requests and changes during the rest of our trip. We had a trip to south of Bandung with Steven and... everything was wonderful-- from the car, places (Kawah Putih, Ranca Upas, and Cibuni Rengganis Hot Spring), the drive... everything! It was really fun and had a lot of photo moments with these places. Highly recommended tour!read more

Easy, booking and everything could be tailor made... for us as we wanted. The whole tour was a great experience an has to be recommanded. It was the perfect fit for our stay in Bandung. I booked a 2-day private car rental service and... with Steven as our guide and driver. He was great! He managed to bring us to all the places we wanted to go and also recommended some other less travelled places. He is also a great photographer. He took lotsa nice pics and videos and send them to us. He never fail to meet our additional requests when we try asking for it. We did the daytour with Hedie and it was worth... it! He is a very friendly driver and a helpful guide in one and managed to adjust the tour according to our needs. He also thinks along and comes up with some alternatives if a sightseeing is way too crowded. Hedie was very punctual compared to us ;) Overall, the tour is a nice way to discover Bandung in a short period of time. Definitely recommend!read more

Just ended our road trip with Mr Ghien today .. a... two days trip experience with him.. I would say it’s a super great experience^_^ U will hardly see a tour guide so passionate in what he is doing.. haha. Especially in taking pics . He likes to take pics and quite skilful.. helped us to take a lot of good pics.. and playing boomerang ^_^ what’s a surprise is.. he made us a video during our two days trip with all photos with musics.. quite touched.. Punctual also.. he always reach hotel before the agreed time.. We had very good chatting time during the trip and he shared us a lot of Indonesia’s culture and information..and most importantly, where are the good food and shopping places in Bandung.. hahaha.. A memorable trip in Bandung to have Mr Ghien as our tour guide^_^ Highly recommended and will promote to all my friends.. will definitely deserve full marks because he is surely exceeded our expectations.. Booked 2 days private driver from klook. It was... really good. The driver/guide Yusuf and Steven was really helpful and nice to bring us around. They even went to great extend and accompanied us to Kawah putih, Pasar baru and gave us so much recommendation on new places to go such as the rengganis hot spring. The car was very comfortable 7 seater and even provide face mask and umbrella. It's definitely a must to book them!read more
